A completely empty input reports 0 original lines, not 1
Clear the input box entirely and process: all three counters (Original, Result, Removed) read 0, because the tool treats a zero-length string as containing no lines at all rather than one empty line. Type a single line-break character and nothing else, and Original lines reads 2 instead — the string splits into two empty strings around that one break — a distinction worth knowing if your statistics look off by one on a nearly-empty paste.
